(“Centuri” or the “Company”) is a comprehensive utility services enterprise dedicated to delivering a diverse array of solutions to North America’s gas and electric providers The Company generated LTM 6/30/21 revenue and compliance EBITDA of $2,013 million and $218 million, respectively On June 28th, 2021, Centuri entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Riggs Distler & Company, Inc.
